Join us in developing the world’s first statistical engine for measuring industrial cyber risk.

To help carry us further, we’re searching for an experienced application support engineer to join our team.

Job Purpose/Position Summary 

In this role, you will help our software platform perform better to achieve our business goals in the company and the uptime objectives in our production environments.


  • Provide application support to partners and customers using DeNexus software and systems following our SLAs. 
  • Responsible to communicate problems and resolutions to your peers, clients and 
    management in a clear and concise manner. 
  • Troubleshooting problems by gathering and analyzing log files 
  • Communicating with the customers and partners about the progress of work and 
    problem resolution. 
  • Monitoring systems and following fault resolution procedures. 
  • Deliver new Releases to client environments including Test, UAT, and Production.


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other highly technical, scientific discipline
  • A proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks
  • Knowledge of IT Service Desk tools and best practices.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills.
  • SQL Language understanding and experience or Windows and Linux Server Administration.
  • Logfile analysis understanding.
  • TCP/IP Networks basic concepts knowledge and internet network knowledge.
  • Manage CI and CD tools with DevOps skills; Gitlab.
  • Any monitoring system experience.


  • Remote, based in Europe
  • Occasional travel to: Madrid (Spain), San Francisco (USA).
